Guns the U.N. and politicians ugh!

Here we are.....hearing the political types spew their hatred. Guns, Guns and guns. The whole world would get together and sing " kumbaya" if they could only rid the world of guns. Never mind that millions of gun owners lead normal productive lives, we must be shielded from rogue nutjobs. Ban the confederate flag, burn the American flag, liberal nutjobs are salivating.
Why not re-evaluate the so called doctors treating the kids of today. Brain altering drugs are the norm. Sorry to pick on Johnny, but little Johnny is excited about a special event, teachers recommend drugs. Parents are to busy or stupid to argue....little Johnny gets labeled. Johnny is expected to take these drugs for the rest of his life. Trust the doctors and the big pharma companies, they know what is best......right.
Politicians give away the country for votes. International Trade agreement ratified by a bunch of greedy republicans who get in bed with democrats. Funny how party lines have blurred.
Now the United Nations is trying to get involved in running the United States. Give me a break. This group of greedy hypocrites can't run itself but now they want to supersede the U.S. constitution. By regulating gun ownership.
Lord Help us. The patients are now running the asylum.
Thoughts?

Make plans to be there! NRA Nashville Tennessee

Just received this article about the April NRA exhibit in Nashville, TN should be fun. Lots to do and plenty of nice hotels. Don't forget the OPRY and the music scene downtown.

 http://www.nraam.org/attendee-info/attendee-overview.aspx

NRA Convention Bringing 70,000 People - plus Guns and GOP Presidential Hopefuls - to Nashville in April

It'll be the biggest convention Nashville's ever seen and maybe the only one that spells out where the attendees can carry their handguns. But that's part of the deal when the National Rifle Association comes to town, and the NRA is bringing an estimated 70,000 people to the Music City in April for its 144th annual meeting.
In terms of its serious business, the NRA says the April 10-12 meeting is the beginning of its fight "to take back the White House" in 2016 and reverse "the lawless edicts against our Second Amendment Rights by the Obama Administration." The opening day  "Leadership Forum" features Republicans running for president or considered potential candidates: Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former Florida governor Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, former Texas governor Rick Perry, former congressman Rick Santorum, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.
Beyond politics, the convention being held at Nashville's Music City Center is simply huge. More than 550 exhibitors are signed up, and convention publicity says attendees can "spend the day exploring the products from every major firearm company in the country, book the hunt of a lifetime in our exclusive outfitter section, and view priceless collections of firearms in our gun collector area." The meeting also promises a chance to see knives, wildlife art, shooting accessories, hunting gear, ATV's and more.
Registered attendees can carry their guns in the convention hall "with the proper license in accordance with Tennessee law," the NRA says, adding, "Remember to follow all federal, state, and local laws when doing so."
But there is one place that guns won't be allowed. When Alan Jackson and Jeff Foxworthy entertain the convention with a Saturday night concert, no guns will be permitted. The concert is in the Bridgestone Arena, and that's a Bridgestone rule.

American Shakedown = Crying shame

Happy 2015!

It is always interesting to see how our neighbors to the North, Canada for the geography challenged, alert their citizens on travel in the good'ol USA. Now before you go off saying we don't care, read the info in the link then decide. Carrying cash should be your option, I never seem to have enough carrying cash to worry about government officials making up stories of how I'm the next Scarface, LOL!This money grab is a problem in the southeast USA. Read the attached link and pass it around, notice it doesn't have to be a extra large amount. Want to pay cash for that used lawn mower, that rifle or shotgun? Be careful! The government may decide your not telling the truth before you can explain.
